The comic is CGC graded 9.8, indicating near-mint/mint condition. The second-printing sketch cover variant and limited availability increase collectibility. As a key issue featuring the first full appearance of Virus and a cameo of Codex, demand is higher, supporting the $100–$150 estimated market range and a high investment grade. Note: original input listed both 'Second Printing' (edition) and 'First Printing' (printType); printType has been reconciled to Second Printing to match the edition description.
